Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering (CZU) and Master of Engineering in Electronic Information (USST). Conducted research as a joint-training student at the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on magnetic relaxation sensing and photoluminescence mechanisms of graphene quantum dot-based nanoprobes. Currently pursuing a PhD focused on quantum-engineered III–V superlattices for silicon-based tandem solar cells.
